Cookie Policy

Summary

Tomflowery aims to keep this website straightforward and transparent. In its current configuration, the site uses essential browser localStorage to remember whether a visitor has acknowledged the cookie notice. This limited function supports the presentation of the notice and is not intended to build advertising profiles or track browsing activity across unrelated websites.

Essential storage

The website may save a small value in your browser's localStorage after you select the cookie notice's acknowledgment button. This value allows the site to remember that choice when you return using the same browser and website origin. LocalStorage is browser storage rather than a traditional server-managed cookie; information saved there generally remains until it is cleared by the site or removed through your browser's controls. The value is used for the notice preference and is not designed to contain your name, contact details, payment information or flower-order information. If the site configuration changes, the storage practices described here may also need to be updated.

No analytics on this site

In the current template configuration, this website does not include analytics services, advertising pixels or embedded third-party tracking tools. The cookie notice functionality described in this policy is limited to remembering the acknowledgment preference. If analytics, marketing technologies, external widgets or other services are introduced in a future version, Tomflowery should review their data practices, explain the relevant purposes and update this policy before relying on those technologies. Third-party websites opened through links may use their own cookies or storage, which are governed by the policies of those providers rather than this document.

Browser control

You can manage browser storage through your browser's privacy or site settings. Depending on the browser, you may be able to inspect, clear or block localStorage and other site data. Clearing the saved preference may cause the cookie notice to appear again on a later visit. Blocking storage can also affect features on websites that rely on it. Instructions differ between browsers and devices, so consult your browser's official help resources for the controls available to you. Removing this preference does not automatically delete information that you may have separately sent to the shop by email or phone.
